SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Your Friend Bunbury currently operates as a small hybrid shop. Some items are packed and shipped directly from our Quite Exploded Sanitarium in the country, while others are produced and fulfilled separately through carefully selected Cosmopolitan Print Partners in the city.
Because of this, orders containing both handmade and print-on-demand items may arrive in multiple packages and may include separate shipping charges at checkout.
STICKERS & SMALL OBJECTS
Bumper stickers, select stickers, and certain limited-run items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS
Mugs, tumblers, bottles, mousepads, and certain other objects are produced and shipped separately through fulfillment partners. Production and transit times may vary slightly by item.
PREORDERS & LIMITED DROPS
Apparel and embroidered goods are often produced in small batches during preorder windows. Estimated production timelines will always be listed clearly on product pages.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Returned packages may require additional postage for reshipment.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If something arrives damaged or appears to have vanished mysteriously in transit, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to make it right.
